Class Descriptions
TOTAL BODY HIIT — Tuesday’s @ 7AM || 45min
hiit stands for High Intensity Interval Training- and that’s what you’ll get! Target all major muscle groups in this fast moving workout. Combination of free weights, compound movement and plyometrics.
(HEATED) SCULPT & STABILITY — Wednesdays @ 6PM || 45min
Gym is heated by stove fireplace. Guided kinetic stretching optimizes flexibility and mobility. Isolated holds will increase balance and core strength. dumbbell weights will be added to sculpt the total body.
BARRE (not on April’s schedule)
Based on the ballet technique- Barre offers isolated movements to target and tone specific muscle groups. Light weights and tension bands are added to increase intensity. Gain those long lines of a dancer by adding this workout to your routine!
